Chairperson of the Board since 2020 (born 1967). Olga holds a Doctor of Laws from the University of Malta and a Master of Science in IT and Economics from the Academy of Economics in Kharkov, Ukraine.

A lawyer widely regarded for her knowledge of gambling and technology law, as well as corporate governance matters — in particular as applicable to listed and regulated companies — Olga is a partner at WH Partners and teaches gaming law at the University of Malta.

Holds 300,000 shares in Angler Gaming plc.

Board member since 2024 (born 1955). George is a fully qualified accountant and auditor.

He brings over 50 years of experience in accounting and audit — including with banks and the Big 4 firms — alongside international tax and management consultancy across a range of industries, including the remote gaming industry. His past involvement includes the Malta Institute of Taxation, the Confédération Fiscale Européenne and the Malta Gaming Council. George currently holds board positions in several companies, including in the remote gaming industry, and is a board trustee of the Duke of Edinburgh International Award — Malta.

Board member since 2016 (born 1976). Ralf holds bachelor's degrees in Marketing Communications and Public Relations.

An iGaming consultant, Ralf entered the industry in Costa Rica in 1999 and has since worked for several American and European iGaming companies including BetCris, NetEnt, Cherry and Betsson. He currently advises start-ups and operators on customer support management and outsourced remote support services.

Holds 60,000 shares in Angler Gaming plc.

Board member since 2019 and CEO of Angler Gaming (born 1969). Thomas holds a Master of Science in Business Administration and Economics, with a specialisation in IT-Management, from Stockholm University.

He brings over 20 years of experience in leading positions within successful internet-focused companies, including more than 12 years in Malta-based iGaming. Between 2007 and 2009 he served as CEO of Betsson AB's operational subsidiaries, and since 2009 he has been active as an entrepreneur and investor in iGaming with multiple successful ventures. Thomas is owner and director of Knojt Ltd.
